i do not give refunds if there’s nothing wrong with your order/items. orders cannot be cancelled! this is because shopify keeps the payment processing fees even when an order is refunded or canceled, which means i lose that amount out of pocket. to avoid that loss, my shop policy states that cancellations aren’t accepted once an order is placed.

all items are resold exactly as they arrive from the original shops. if an item is miscut or defective, please email me or dm me on @hrtseeker asap.

stamped orders have no refunds. i always explain the possible risks of stamped shipping, so choosing it is your choice! rest assured, i send out all orders, stamped or tracked. if you’d rather have more security for your items, please choose tracked shipping instead.

if there is a problem with your order, please dm me on @hrtseeker (faster replies!) or email [email protected]. i check every order 1–2 times before shipping to avoid mistakes, but accidents do happen.

if an item is sold out, you’ll be refunded 100% of what you paid. sold out refunds are fairly common and can happen for various reasons.
